Das Wohnprojekt Schellingstraße versteht sich als ein alternatives, emanzipatorisches Wohnprojekt in Selbstverwaltung. Es will Freiräume schaffen für ein Leben und Wohnen jenseits von gesellschaftlichen Zwängen. Räume, in denen sich soziale Beziehungen entwickeln können und die kollektive und individuelle Entfaltungspotenziale fördern; frei von sozialer Ausgrenzung, Sexismus, Rassismus und anderen Herrschaftsverhältnissen. Räume und Treffpunkte auch für soziale, kulturelle und politische Initiativen, die dieses Selbstverständnis teilen und nach außen tragen. Die aktive solidarische Haltung gegenüber anderen Initiativen drückt sich konkret in der Unterstützung verwandter Wohnprojekte durch den gemeinsamen Solidarfonds des Mietshäusersyndikats aus. Das Projekt wächst und konkretisiert sich in dem Maße, wie die Kontakte und Beziehungen der an ihm beteiligten Menschen wachsen. Die politische und soziale Chance liegt allein in menschlicher Verständigung und Resonanz.

The housing project Schellingstraße sees itself as an alternative, emancipatory housing project in self-management. It wants to create free spaces for living beyond social constraints. Spaces in which social relationships can develop and which promote collective and individual development potentials; free from social exclusion, sexism, racism and other relations of domination. Spaces and meeting places also for social, cultural and political initiatives that share this self-image and carry it to the outside. The active attitude of solidarity towards other initiatives is expressed concretely in the support of related housing projects through the common solidarity fund of the Mietshäusersyndikat. The project grows and becomes more concrete as the contacts and relationships of the people involved in it grow. The political and social opportunity lies solely in human understanding and resonance.

El proyecto Schellingstraße se entiende como un proyecto alternativo y emancipatorio en lo cuál los moradores se autogestionan. La Schelling quiere crear espacios libres para vivir sin obligaciónes públicos. Espacios que facilitan el desarollo de relaciones sociales y del potencial collectivo y individual; sin marginación social, sexismo, rassismo o otros circumstancias de dominación. Espacios y lugares de encuentro para initiativas sociales, culturales y político que apoyan este autoconciencia. La actidud solidária con otras initiativas se expresa en los fondos sociales del Mietshäusersyndikat para apoyar proyectos relacionados. El proyecto se concretisa y cresce en esa manera como los contactos y relaciones de la gente enrollada crescen. La oportunidad política y social esta en los manos de la comunicación y resonancia humana.

‘Schellingstrasse’ se vê como um projeto habitacional alternativo e emancipatório sob autogestão. A ideia do projeto é criar espaço para uma vida livre além das imposições sociais. Espaços nos quais as relações sociais podem se desenvolver abertamente, fomentando o potencial de desenvolvimento coletivo e individual; livre de exclusão social, sexismo, racismo e outras formas de opressão. O projeto também disponiliza espaços para promoção de iniciativas sociais, culturais e políticas, que partilhem dos mesmos ideiais e visem sua difusão. A prática solidária do projeto com outras iniciativas consiste, em termos concretos, no apoio aos projetos de habitação ligados ao fundo de solidariedade ‘Mietshäusersyndikat’. O projeto cresce e se torna mais concreto à medida que crescem os contatos e relacionamentos das pessoas envolvidas.

Il progetto abitativo Schellingstraße si defisce come un collettivo autogestito, alternativo ed emancipatorio. Lo scopo é quello di creare uno spazio in cui vivere al di lá degli obblighi precostituiti dettati dalla societá e di sostenere lo sviluppo indipendente dei singoli; libero da emarginazione sociale, sessismo, razzismo ed altre forme di discriminazione. Si tratta di uno spazio pensato anche per iniziative culturali e politiche che condividono e supportano questi valori. La solidarietá verso inziative affini si manifesta con il sostegno concreto fornito dal fondo solidale del Miethäusersyndikat. Questo progetto cresce e si concretizza nello stesso modo delle relazioni interpersonali che uniscono le persone che ne fanno parte.
